H.B. Nathanson Associates is a small studio dedicated to designing and building custom homes rooted in tradition and executed to the highest standard. Our work reflects a commitment to craftsmanship, authenticity, and the enduring principles of traditional design.
We work in coastal traditional, European-inspired, and classic American idioms — from French villas and shingle-style residences to refined Capes by the sea. Every project begins with the land and the family, and is drawn at full scale before a single nail is driven.
We take on a limited number of projects each year so that every detail receives the attention it deserves.
